How the sync works
gmCalSync turns GroupMe events into a private calendar feed, so iPhone Calendar can read the GroupMe schedule without anyone retyping it. Once the subscription is added, updates flow on their own.
GroupMe has no built-in calendar sync, so an iCal subscription is the simplest way to keep everything current across iPhone, iPad, and Mac at the same time.
